Nestled along Miami Beach’s historic and prestigious Pine Tree Drive corridor—a storied neighborhood celebrated for its lush tropical canopies, winding waterways, and exceptional private residences—this property was masterfully transformed from a cooler, modern shell into a deeply personal, sun-drenched sanctuary.
To honor both the clients' lifestyle and the vibrant energy of Miami, the interior layout was thoughtfully reimagined so that cooking, lively gathering, and quiet daily rituals move seamlessly from one space to the next. By balancing a restrained monochromatic neutral palette with rich combination of materials, exquisite bespoke detailing, and highly tactile finishes, the home establishes a flawless, organic connection to the tropical landscape outside. The result is a conversational environment that completely avoids the cold, unapproachable museum aesthetic, delivering instead a deeply comforting, fully realized Miami Beach home remodel that is built entirely around the art of living well.
The focal point of the lounge is a heavily texturized, geometric-mosaic tile wall feature wall that frames a recessed art niche, adding immense depth to the soft palette. Deep-seated linen lounge chairs and dark wood barrel-back accent chairs surround a low-profile modern sectional and artistic coffee table, all grounded by a plush, woven area rug that balances the expansive floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
Miami Beach Luxury Living Room Design
This living room celebrates openness, natural light, and a seamless relationship to the surrounding landscape. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls open up to dissolve the boundary between indoor and outdoor living, allowing tropical views and daylight to become part of the interior experience. In this part of the home remodeling, we wanted to create this salon to be the inviting, true focal point of this sprawling residence. We anchored the room with a 3D, geometric-mosaic tile feature wall that frames a recessed art niche, adding immense depth to the space. A restrained monochromatic palette and sculptural designer furnishings—featuring a rounded, French-modern inspired sectional from Roche Bobois and dark wood barrel-back accent chairs from Fendi Casa—complement a deeply personal custom curation, anchored by a personal bust of the client showcased on a carved travertine pedestal. Together, these elements create a calm, elevated atmosphere that feels polished, highly sentimental, and distinctly Miami Beach.
Designed with an emphasis on texture and warmth, the kitchen features a custom geometric wood-slat ceiling that mirrors the rich wood tones of the lower island and cooking alcove. A waterfall stone island offers expansive seating under minimalist spherical pendants, while a live herb garden integrated beneath the skylight brings natural vitality directly into the culinary workspace.

This kitchen supports effortless entertaining and elevated daily living, integrating this luxury home’s modern framework, artistic craftsmanship, and natural flow. Tailored around a passion for the ocean, this space features a custom blue denim library display mounted above a blonde oak bed set. Layered with pinstripe chambray bedding and flanked by sleek chrome table lamps, the room transitions fluidly to a private terrace outfitted with woven wicker swivel chairs for a relaxed, indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
Miami Beach Teen Bedroom Design
Inspired by the client’s son, a passionate fisherman and diver, this bedroom design reflects his personal connection to the ocean. Created as a relaxed, livable retreat, it balances high-end detailing with everyday comfort, featuring a custom blue denim library paired with a chambray pinstripe bedding set and a blonde oak framework. Looking out at a private terrace with woven swivel chairs, the result is a youthful, highly personalized space with rich coastal character and lasting appeal.
