In this Miami Beach condominium, the original plan was opened and reorganized to create a brighter, more fluid relationship between the kitchen, dining and living areas. Integrated storage, streamlined cabinetry and carefully scaled finishes allowed the residence to function more generously than its footprint might suggest.

The goal is not to make a compact home imitate a larger one. It is to make every inch feel deliberate, comfortable and fully resolved.
