Luxury Condominium Interior Design
Every Condominium Begins With a Different Purpose.
Choosing a condominium is rarely just about the view. It’s about how you want to live.
For some, it’s a full-time residence overlooking the ocean. For others, it’s a downtown pied-à-terre, a seasonal retreat, or a lock-and-leave home that makes travel effortless. Some are beginning an exciting new chapter in a different city. Others are simplifying life, embracing waterfront living, or creating the home where family and friends will gather for years to come.
At Exclusively To Design, every project begins with a conversation. Before selecting a single finish, designing custom millwork, or reimagining the layout, we want to understand how you live, how you entertain, what inspires you, and what you want your home to feel like every time you walk through the door.
Because the most successful condominium interiors aren’t defined by trends, square footage, or even spectacular views. They’re thoughtfully designed around the people who live there and the life they’re creating.

Every Condominium Lives by Its Own Rules
Many luxury condominiums begin with similar floor plans, familiar finishes, and a design language repeated from residence to residence. Yet the people who live inside them couldn’t be more different—and neither should the homes they create.
Some residences are designed for entertaining. Others become peaceful waterfront retreats, sophisticated city homes, or family residences where children and grandchildren gather for years to come. Some require beautifully integrated workspaces, while others are shaped around travel, collecting art, or embracing extraordinary views. Every condominium asks something different of its design. Whether designing a waterfront residence in Miami, a historic loft in New York City, or a marina condominium in the Bahamas, every project begins by understanding how the residence will be lived before a single design decision is made.
That’s why we never begin with a formula.
Instead, we look beyond the floor plan to understand how the residence should function, how it should feel, and how every design decision can improve the experience of living there. From custom millwork and thoughtful space planning to lighting, furnishings, and carefully layered materials, every detail is considered with intention.
The result is a residence with its own identity—one that reflects the people who live there rather than the floor plan they purchased
A historic Miami Beach Art Deco residence reimagined as a sophisticated pied-à-terre for a New York executive—proving that exceptional design is never measured by square footage.
Making Every Square Foot Feel Larger Than It Is
Luxury condominium living isn’t defined by size. It’s defined by how effortlessly a home supports the way you live.
Whether designing a historic Art Deco apartment, a waterfront condominium, or a contemporary high-rise, our goal is to eliminate wasted space, improve circulation, maximize natural light, and create thoughtful storage that feels beautifully integrated rather than added as an afterthought.
This Miami Beach residence required a complete reimagining— comprehensive remodeling from repairing decades of structural deterioration and rebuilding the original floor system to opening the kitchen, creating a concealed laundry, improving functionality, and transforming a dark, compartmentalized layout into an open, light-filled retreat. Then, through a spatially strategic, modern interior design solution, the result is proof that intelligent planning can make a compact residence feel remarkably spacious, elegant, and completely custom.
Every Condominium Has Two Lives
The one the building provides—and the one waiting behind your front door.
The elevator, the concierge, the amenities, the skyline, and the waterfront may have drawn you to the property, but they’re only the beginning. What transforms a condominium into a home is how beautifully it supports your everyday routines, quiet moments, relationships, and celebrations.
That’s why we think beyond individual rooms. We design homes that feel cohesive from the moment you arrive, where the kitchen, living spaces, private suites, lighting, storage, and materials all work together to create a residence that feels effortless to live in—and unmistakably yours.
