A definitive triumph of high-rise evolution. To overcome a dark, traditional footprint, we dismantled the walls separating a cramped shower and isolated water closet, integrating them into a sweeping, glass-enclosed wellness pavilion. The contemporary canvas, transforms the alcove into a Zen retreat featuring Cararra porcelain clad walls, floating mirror with a soft halo of back-lit LED, and a beautiful freestanding soaking tub.

Designed as a private retreat within an eclectic, high-profile rental property, this bathroom was completely re-designed to deliver a serene, micro-luxury experience. The optimized footprint features a seamless floating oak vanity, a custom-integrated recessed medicine cabinet, and a minimalist shower enclosure wrapped in warm, organic tones.

For the bathroom, our studio transformed a compact footprint into a serene spa retreat by opening the enclosed shower area, extending the custom vanity, introducing a floating illuminated mirror, and creating uninterrupted sightlines that make the room feel brighter, calmer, and significantly more spacious.
Every design decision was made to enhance the guest experience. The bathroom feels intuitive, restorative, and memorable—an environment that encourages visitors to relax, recharge, and remember the property long after their stay.

Portofino Tower Penthouse
The original primary bathroom was divided by bulky walls that concealed natural light and diminished the room’s sense of openness. Our studio completely reimagined the layout, removing unnecessary partitions to create a seamless wellness retreat organized around light, balance, and effortless circulation.
A custom frosted-glass partition discreetly separates the shower and private water closet while preserving uninterrupted sightlines. The freestanding soaking tub becomes the room’s focal point, while a floating custom vanity, illuminated mirrors, and full-height porcelain walls create a calm, contemporary composition that feels dramatically larger than the original footprint.
The transformation demonstrates how intelligent spatial planning—not simply luxurious finishes—can completely redefine the experience of a primary bathroom.
