All liability, workmanship guarantees, and operational accountability rest solely between the client and the respective licensed trade or general contractor under their own direct, separate agreements; Exclusively To Design is completely decoupled from these third-party contracts and maintains no contractual relationship with them.

What We Cannot Do - Our Logistic & Legal Boundaries

To ensure flawless execution and protect your capital investment from 3,000 miles away, we operate under a highly transparent framework of clear operational parameters.

We Do Not Maintain Permanent Local Residency or On-Site Daily Supervision: Exclusively To Design is a premier, mobilized practice headquartered in Miami. Because our principal design team does not reside locally within our out-of-state destination markets (such as Aspen, Utah, or the Bahamas), we do not provide daily, on-site physical presence or supervise day-to-day construction laborers. Instead, we function as a highly efficient tactical team—managing the project's creative and spatial architecture remotely from our main studios and conducting strategically timed, principal-led site visits to align with your local General Contractor during critical project milestones and the final turnkey installation phase.

We Do Not Act as Local General Contractors: Due to state-specific structural engineering, architecture, and general contracting licensing laws, Exclusively To Design does not act as the licensed General Contractor of record for out-of-state construction.

We Do Not Pull Local Building Permitting: We do not physically pull municipal building permits or handle structural engineering stamps for out-of-state properties. Instead, we collaborate seamlessly with your chosen local architect or local GC of record, passing off our spatial interior architectural packages to their team for local regulatory filing.
