The original dark, enclosed kitchen layout was completely opened to maximize space, debuting a modern coastal culinary environment defined by sleek stainless steel cabinetry, dramatic Green Calacatta porcelain surfaces, and curated Restoration Hardware black rattan seating.

Before and after: A complete down-to-the-studs gut renovation of a luxury Airbnb suite at the iconic Roney Palace in Miami Beach. Designed for a high-profile repeat investor, Miamidreams4You, the footprint was reconfigured by tearing out the restrictive original island, engineering a custom dropped ceiling to introduce programmatic high-hat lighting, and laying premium slate tile throughout. The bespoke culinary pavilion features striking real-metal gold laminate cabinetry and a deep charcoal gray entertaining bar, all highlighted by custom, seamless LED uplighting integrated along the perimeter of the kitchen and the custom wall bed system.

Before and after: A comprehensive structural reconfiguration, tearing out restrictive partition walls to engineer an open-concept living and dining salon. The space features a dramatic fireplace clad in rare Violet Marquina marble, a vibrant teal ceiling with a matching custom fluted-molding integrated library array, and deeply textured teal abaca wall coverings.
