The design deliberately rejects predictable coastal tropes, opting instead for a crisp, metropolitan aesthetic tailored for executive entertaining, partner meetings, and refined downtime.
The interior is anchored by strong, linear elements and tailored geometric patterns that frame expansive views of the Intracoastal. To soften the building's modern architecture, we lined the perimeter with a layout of custom-scaled container plants. Through careful plant-scaping—layering low-profile greenery with taller, AV and wind-resilient trees—the design masterfully graduates heights to frame the waterfront views without blocking the horizon. This seamless blend of natural textures and laid-back luxury perfectly showcases our approach to luxury outdoor living design.
The intentional placement of these container plants creates a living, sculptural backdrop for outdoor lounging.
