A professional couple from London purchased this Bayfront Miami condominium as a vibrant waterfront pied-à-terre where they could enjoy Miami’s energy during frequent international visits. The compact residence required a complete condo design to support both relaxation and productivity, blending colorful contemporary interior design with highly functional living spaces. Our team transformed the one-bedroom condominium through a full remodel that maximizes every square foot while capturing views of the Port of Miami and the surrounding waterfront lifestyle.

Complete Condominium Renovation and Contemporary Interior Architecture

This turnkey project included a full condominium remodel with a reimagined kitchen, upgraded bathroom, and modern architectural detailing throughout the residence. Frameless contemporary doors were introduced to create clean lines and visual continuity, while integrated LED lighting was installed beneath the thick quartz countertop and cabinetry to enhance the kitchen’s modern aesthetic. The bathroom design included a heated towel warmer for an infinity shower. The bedroom was equipped with a fully organized custom closet system, and carefully integrated lighting designed to elevate comfort and functionality. A custom 90-inch mirror was designed to reflect views toward the Port of Miami — a subtle detail inspired by the clients’ love of watching cruise ships depart from the bay.

Innovative Small-Space Design and Custom Cabinetry

The renovation focused on intelligent space planning to allow the residence to function comfortably for both work and entertaining. A multifunctional dining and office area was designed with custom cabinetry that integrates a concealed workspace, wine chiller, pull-out printer station, and USB charging ports. A custom banquette provides hidden storage beneath the seating while allowing the dining table to extend from six to eight feet, enabling the couple to easily transition the space from a daily workspace into a dining area for guests. These interior design solutions ensure the compact condominium operates with the efficiency of a much larger home.

Turnkey Interior Design and Installation

This project was completed as a fully turnkey interior design installation to allow the clients to immediately enjoy their Miami residence upon arrival from London. In addition to the architectural renovation and custom cabinetry, our studio carefully curated and installed all furnishings, lighting, artwork, tableware, glassware, office and household accessories. Every detail was thoughtfully selected and arranged prior to the clients’ arrival, ensuring the condominium functioned as a fully prepared home from the moment they stepped through the door.
