The client moved into a contemporary Hibiscus Island residence defined by expansive open space that felt cold and lacking in character. As part of our Miami luxury interior design services, the objective was to introduce warmth, architectural definition, and purposeful areas for living and entertaining.

The home renovation included retrofitting a custom media wall and partition to establish an intimate family room. In the kitchen renovation, a green Calacatta accent wall was introduced to bring dramatic contrast and visual depth to the previously minimal palette.

The living room was transformed into a warm conversational setting anchored by a preserved green wall integrated within a walnut slat feature. The updates elevated their contemporary block home to a dynamic living space.

This Hibiscus Island kitchen was designed as a refined architectural statement, where large-format porcelain slab walls create a seamless, sculptural backdrop that elevates the entire space. Carefully selected for its dramatic veining and durability, the porcelain adds depth and visual continuity while maintaining a clean, modern elegance.

Every element was intentionally composed to balance form and function, allowing natural light and tropical surroundings to flow effortlessly into the interior. A jet-black, high-polished porcelain partition with a three-sided fireplace creates a dynamic and multi-dimensional living area. This element redefines the sparse, contemporary open floor plan, making it both casual and sophisticated.
