ONE Sotheby’s Featured Showcase. Pine Tree Drive Kitchen Evolution
Developed for a private client whose home was envisioned as a destination for exceptional entertaining, this bespoke kitchen transforms the culinary space into the social heart of the residence. Removing a restrictive partition established seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, while a custom geometric wood ceiling, integrated wine storage, layered lighting, and an expansive island create an environment designed for both intimate gatherings and sophisticated hospitality.

A floating tiled partition provides quiet definition without interrupting the home’s continuous floor plan, while low-profile European furnishings, sculptural leather barrel chairs, and walls of glass dissolve the boundary between interior living and the tropical garden beyond.

Hibiscus Island Estate — The Residential Relocation
Purchased as a striking contemporary residence, this Hibiscus Island home offered generous volume and clean modern lines but lacked warmth, depth, and a sense of connection. Our design transformed the expansive interior through a layered palette of natural materials, rich textures, and bespoke detailing, creating an environment that feels welcoming, sophisticated, and deeply livable.
A custom walnut slat feature wall with an integrated preserved moss installation anchors the main living space, while tailored European furnishings, artisan lighting, and expansive wraparound windows establish a seamless relationship between the interior and the surrounding tropical landscape. The result is a contemporary residence with warmth, character, and a distinctly personal sense of home.
Tropical Brutalism & Bespoke Island Luxury
Created as a private Bahamas retreat, this contemporary island residence balances sculptural concrete forms with warm natural materials, handcrafted furnishings, and uninterrupted ocean views.
