The lounge area is grounded by a custom floating partition wall clad in a dimensional, geometric ivory tile, offering a tailored backdrop for the low-profile European furnishings. By pairing a plush tonal sectional and sculptural leather barrel chairs with expansive glass walls looking out to the private pool, the room maintains an open, continuous floor plan that frames the surrounding tropical landscape.

Tailored for a prominent corporate investor who is an avid private sommelier and epicurean, this extensive spatial optimization involved removing a restrictive partition wall to open the culinary zone directly into the indoor-outdoor dining suite for a seamless entertaining flow. The commanding space is crowned by a custom geometric wood parquet ceiling structure framing a central skylight with an integrated living herb garden, beautifully balancing daily functional utility with personalized amenities like a dual-zone wine storage vault and an expansive 9-foot custom island.

To transform what originally felt like a cold, industrial shell when empty, we introduced a walnut open-slat drop ceiling integrated with soft LED lighting to instantly inject warmth and visual intimacy. The main anchor wall was elevated with a sophisticated, bicolored textural wallcovering to add depth and character, while expansive window walls dissolve physical boundaries to flood the room with light. Meticulously styled with cozy low-profile seating and carved soapstone urns that bring a grounded, biophilic touch, the final layout perfectly balances sleek modern design with rich, tactile elements to create a sun-drenched social space.

Miami Beach Penthouse — The Art Deco Pied-à-Terre

For traveling professionals and bicoastal executives seeking an effortless coastal getaway without the maintenance of a sprawling estate, this historic Miami Beach penthouse represents the ultimate lock-and-go destination. To unlock the full potential of its intimate 600-square-foot footprint, our studio executed a complete structural stabilization—remedying deteriorated floor joists, reinforcing original structural beams, and fully updating the aging plumbing and electrical infrastructure.

By safely removing a heavy dividing wall, we opened the kitchen directly into the main living space to achieve a continuous, airy flow optimized entirely for relaxation. The resulting layout deliberately balances high-performance utility with curated comfort. Professional-grade stainless steel cabinetry and a striking, custom green Calacatta porcelain waterfall island ground the culinary space with commanding visual texture, while an iconic Herman Miller lounge offers a timeless, low-profile anchor for unwinding with views of the coast.

Hibiscus Island Estate — The Residential Relocation

For corporate leaders and bicoastal executives relocating their lives and choosing Miami as their forever home, transitioning into a grand modern property can often feel structurally imposing. Acquired as a crisp interior shell, this spectacular Hibiscus Island estate was completely reimagined to bridge the gap between grand scale and deep, familial warmth. Our studio systematically transformed the property’s cavernous volume by introducing a rich, layered palette of organic textures—deliberately anchored by a custom walnut open-slat accent wall with a seamlessly embedded, living green moss installation.

To ground the soaring ceiling heights, we introduced a commanding statement chandelier that draws the eye downward into a sophisticated yet inviting living environment. Expansive wrap-around windows are softened with custom sheer drapery to gently filter the coastal light, while low-profile European furnishings—including rich Sherry Holland wool fabrics, Italian leather swivel chairs, and a sculpted travertine coffee table—effortlessly harmonize to transform a stark modern structure into an inviting, sophisticated family home.
