Exclusively to Design approached the residence as a lifestyle-driven transformation, introducing warm materials, sculptural lighting, and curated moments of color that bring warmth and personality to the contemporary condominium architecture.
A Family Retreat Above Sarasota Bay
Designed to host visiting friends and extended family, the condominium was planned to feel both elevated and comfortable. Flexible guest rooms, playful color moments, and inviting gathering spaces allow the residence to function as both a private escape and a lively weekend retreat overlooking Sarasota’s vibrant waterfront skyline.
Condo Design in Sarasota
The design focused on softening the clean architectural lines of the condominium with warm wood cabinetry, modern lighting, and modular multi-functional furnishings. A redesigned kitchen anchors the open living space, while layered textures and subtle color accents create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere throughout the residence.
Small Space Design
The kid’s bedroom small-space design needed to inspire four girls ranging a from a teen to a toddler—all in one small bedroom. Fun Lily Pulitzer bedding, each with monogram pillows, offer each child their own happy place. The pale aqua painted walls set the stage for their bedding to come to life.
Outdoor Living on the Waterfront
The balcony extends the living space outdoors, creating a relaxed setting where the family can enjoy Sarasota’s coastal skyline and warm evening breezes. Comfortable lounge seating and sculptural outdoor tables provide a sophisticated yet effortless environment for quiet mornings, afternoon relaxation, or sunset gatherings with friends.
