A young physician couple relocating from New York City purchased this newly renovated ranch home in Aventura as the setting for their first home together in South Florida. With a young daughter and an active social life, their vision was to create an interior design that invited a bright and welcoming environment that balanced everyday family living with relaxed spaces for entertaining friends and holiday gatherings. The design approach focused on interior decorating, introducing lighter finishes, refined furnishings, and comfortable gathering areas that reflect the effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle of Miami.

The outdoor pool patio was styled as a natural extension of this Miami home’s interior living spaces. The outdoor patio design was to introduce a lounge area with comfortable seating, a dining area, and lounge chairs that created an inviting environment for weekend gatherings and casual evenings with friends that the clients envisioned. The outdoor living reflects the relaxed lifestyle that drew the family to South Florida.
