A national developer commissioned Exclusively To Design to establish the design direction for a signature Coral Gables penthouse model within an upscale senior living community. Conceived to support leasing, lifestyle positioning, and first impressions, the residence was developed through tailored interior design that balances comfort, refinement, and day-to-day livability in a more elevated residential setting. Hospitality influence, softer materials, and a fully resolved furnishing plan were used to create a model home that feels polished, welcoming, and aspirational while presenting a stronger vision for modern senior living.

Fully Turnkey Model Residence Installation

To support the developer’s leasing and marketing efforts, the penthouse was completed as a fully turnkey model residence with furnishings, artwork, accessories, linens, kitchenware, and everyday essentials installed as part of one cohesive presentation. Every layer was selected to help prospective residents experience the home as move-in ready, livable, and emotionally appealing from the first visit. The finished model proved so compelling that a current resident placed an offer on the residence before photography was even completed, underscoring the strength of the design direction.
