A young Miami Beach family wanted a kitchen and dining areas in a Key West style that is bright, open, and naturally connected to the way they live and entertain. Inspired by the relaxed charm of a European coastal café, the vision was to create a welcoming environment where everyday family life and effortless entertaining could comfortably unfold.
Through thoughtful space planning and structural redesign, the traditional layout was transformed into a more open and fluid living environment. The reimagined kitchen and dining areas now serve as the heart of the home—an inviting gathering space designed for shared meals, conversation, and the relaxed rhythm of family life.
Miami Beach Dining Room Remodel
Designed as an extension of the kitchen remodel, this Miami Beach dining room was inspired directly by the client’s vision of a café along the coast. Exclusively To Design created a custom banquette with integrated storage to anchor the space, pairing it with a curated gallery wall and modern lighting to evoke a relaxed, European café-on-the-water feel. The dining area balances comfort and character, bringing a sense of coastal charm and personality into the heart of this Miami Beach home.
A Miami Beach Kitchen Transformation
This Miami Beach home remodel showcases a dramatic before-and-after transformation designed by Exclusively To Design. The original kitchen featured a closed layout with dated finishes and limited functionality. Through a comprehensive design-led renovation, the space was reimagined with custom painted Aqua cabinetry, an oversized quartz island, and a modern open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen to the adjacent dining area. The result is a refined, highly functional kitchen designed for contemporary living in a Miami Beach home.
