PINE TREE Miami Beach Home Design
This kitchen design Miami in Pine Tree was uniquely created for our clients who love to cook and entertain. The kitchen comes equipped with a live herb garden that is built into the skylight’s ledge. We created warmth to this expansive kitchen space with a custom, wood slat ceiling design that transitions into the contemporary monochromatic living room on the other side of the kitchen wall so entertaining will be easy and fluid for our clients to entertain in.
Our client wants a complete update to their home in a secluded lot in Pine Tree in Miami Beach. This is the concept for the living room which will open up into the kitchen area in the back. A geometric wall cladding adds the textural interest that keeps this monochromatic space vibrant. A built in gallery nice creates a whimsical walkway into infinity with the unique perspective our large black and white photo creates. Fendi and other designer furnishings cohabitate beautifully in this open space but the bronze bust from Bolero is the client’s favorite!
Our client’s teen wanted his dream room. As an avid fisherman and diver, he wanted a room that was more about the beach and ocean. We created a chill space for him but with a design that also works with the overall style of our client’s home. Everyone is happy!
Sarasota Livingroom Renovation
Our client wanted a complete transformation of their large family room in Sarasota that looks out onto an exotic pool and cabana in their backyard. We created this organic coastal design solution that was accentuated by wood slat ceiling panels with integrated LED lighting, contrast wall covering, a large electric fireplace and updated casual island-inspired furnishings. This relaxed space now looks out onto a new landscaping design, a tiki lounge cabana and infinity pool.
Our custom furniture design is this versatile, open-slat ottoman with hidden storage and casters for a key item in any room! It is finished with a crocodile-embossed hair calf cushion that pulls off revealing silver leaf storage inside! LA GORCE home decorating
Our client wanted a neutral design throughout the home. This design solution focused on natural materials in a monochromatic palette with a play on textures.
This home office design follows the neutral style of the main living areas by combining contemporary decor with menswear-inspired textural wall covering. We added smart function to their home office with an integrated, built-in office closet with charging station, pull-out printer drawer and filing cabinets.

LAKEWOOD RANCH- SARASOTA HOME REMODEL
The Master Bath was completely remodeled into an open floor plan with a fully enclosed shower room. A stunning transformation!
South of 5TH Penthouse Remodeling
Our client from Boston wanted a complete transformative remodel of their outdated vacation home and occasional luxury rental. These concept boards represent our design to emphasize the expansive, stunning views by neutralizing the interior spaces. To accomplish this, we embraced the soft palette with organic materials and a play on textures while adding unexpected artistic details that our clients were looking for,
This concept board represents the dining room design that mirrored the living room design in their long, open Great Room that has panoramic views at each end.
This master en suite design follows the soft neutral palette of the penthouse but we wanted to create more fantasy by adding in a, romantic twist for their relaxing boudoir with an edge!
This master en suite renovation involved major restructuring of the interior walls and plumbing to create this oasis. A frameless shower room with adjoining toilet room is separated by a bench and frosted glass partition for additional privacy.
The original jacuzzi was replaced with a lovely soaking tub and full length, back lit mirror installed on Carrera porcelain slab walls.

miami beach small space design
Our residential interior design Miami Beach service shows the benefits of effective small space design for your properties in Miami! Our client purchased this property and invited us to re-design this small townhome in Miami Beach. Thick taupe corduroy wall covering was rep[laced with a lt. beige felt for a soft accent to the existing flooring while bookcases add much needed height to a small space.
The Miami modern design solution for this Miami Beach townhome re-designed the space into a modern coastal space that suited our client’s style. We integrated rattan with metallic raffia wall covering for a contrast and a bit of shimmer in the guest bedroom design.
This Master bedroom re-design takes the space from outdated modern to updates modern with a bohemian twist.
A huge bone inlay leaner mirror opens up this narrow staircase for a dramatic ‘wow factor’ in a place that is least expected! Our residential design consultant created this perfect design solution to transition the main living area and the upper floor.
Coconut Grove Home Remodeling
Our client wanted an eclectic home design that showcased their collectibles and art from their travels. This foyer was designed to brighten the entry and introduce our client’s favorite collection of indigenous artwork. This home transformation started at the front door with a sculpted wrought iron rail and balustrade and hand forged teardrop chandelier.
This parlor was designed with a mood. The floor -to-ceiling custom built-in bookcase created the grande library of our client’s dreams. The stunning lilac marble fireplace showcased their bohemian art and became their favorite refuge, day and night.

Their Great Room concept was centered on the fabulous 5x8 bejeweled peacock artwork. The dining room and dark parlor was to be a stage for their personal destination of relaxation and inspiration. This whimsical dining set from Jonathan Adler and the dark teal abaca wall covering completed the room perfectly.
The design of the powder room follows the tropical- themed dining room. Rich in pattern and texture, the artistic details are noted throughout this quaint powder room.
Our contemporary “with a classic twist'“ kitchen was designed to coordinate with the elaborate bejeweled artwork in the adjacent dining room. The gold metal hexagon mosaic backsplash was the accessory to the French street lamp pendants and the contemporary artwork.. The lit gallery boxes will soon be home to their global treasures.
This kitchen remodel in a Coconut Grove home showcases a Brushed Gold Metal mosaic that sets off the kitchen while accenting the gold leaf insets in the gallery media cabinet.
Kitchen and family room is created from an open floor plan with a view of their pool. Pale aqua walls and solar blinds in a soft linen add to the space’s ambience with the multi-metallic fixtures and zebra create the eclectic vibe the client expected.
Our custom media cabinet design is unique with a built in surrounding gallery closed off by large sliding wood grain inset doors for their multi purpose. This media cabinet design still reveals their collectibles whether they are watching TV or not. The mirrored cubbies are accented with a soft gold leaf metallic to add to its grand effect .
This cabana bath design transformed this Coconut Grove home by closing off an exterior door to create this open shower stall. A Talavera tile mural and chevron woven wall covering was selected to create the aboriginal vibe our client was looking for,
A fantasy bedroom of our client’s dreams was created with a stunning hand painted silk mural that encompasses the room. The romantic space was then decorated with a bedroom set finished in a soft metallic washed gold, onyx and matte=brass bedside table lamps and stunning pale blue Sferra bedding.
This bathroom design in Coconut Grove transformed our client’s daughter’s childhood bathroom into a lovely spa when she visits. Lt. Taupe sateen wall covering adds to the soft ambiance for a luxury bathroom design.
A dramatic result from the exterior re-model of our client’s home in Coconut Grove after a new pool deck, landscaping and exterior painting and lighting was completed.
A contemporary bisque porcelain tile pool deck and patio brightens the entire back yard while the new landscaping frames the pool.
This outdated Coconut Grove home was transformed with new exterior paint color, lighting, a steel awning and landscaping that turned this home into an updated Mediterranean-style home it was meant to be.
This open Great Room concept is anchored by an integrated kitchen wall with Thermidor and Sub Zero appliances which are accented by a gold plated hexagonal metal mosaic backsplash. A hi-performance infinity acrylic countertop is sculpted to softly wrap around each fixture.
This Coconut Grove Home shows beautiful ambient light that is accentuated by the pale blue/grey paint color. The custom kitchen cabinetry was designed with several unique baking and cooking inserts like a easy lift blender shelf and inset cutting board.
Removing the dropped beam and columns turned this living room and dining room into an open entertainment space.
This Before and After image shows the extensive reconstruction process needed to close off the exterior door to the cabana bath to allow for a shower stall.
The Master en suite was transformed into a romantic fantasy space our clients were looking for. The before and after images says it all. This dream rom was made complete with a silk mural, Sferra color block bedding and remote shades.
A beautiful lt. bisque matte satin shimmer wall covering softly warms the white tile and vanity while the Lavender towels and marble accessories give the space a feminine elegance.
Our coffee table design was created with a hand forged, square wire base in a kinetic pattern stands beautifully under a smoke glass top. Available in other finishes.
sarasota Home remodeling
This home in Lakewood Ranch needed an updated look for our client’s family to relax and enjoy without doing a complete remodel. We focused on organic furnishings and decor with new blond oak flooring, a soft off-white color paint palette for the walls and cabinetry and a beach bungalow-inspired living room to add a casual cozy space to offset the cathedral ceilings.
South Beach KITCHEN/DINING Remodeling
Our client wanted living in a 1930 Miami Beach bungalow wanted an update with a a Key West vibe. To achieve this, we had to re-construct the interior for and open floor plan with new flooring throughout. To add to the ambiance, we designed a wall-to-wall gallery, complete with family photos, succulents and artwork. All that is left for them to do is add their precious family photos!
The transformation of their dark closed off kitchen is spectacular with the pale aqua-paneled cabinets and waterfall island set in a more contemporary configuration to accomplish an updated coastal style our clients love! The integrated cabinets opens up the space while functionality was important. The soffit was removed and replaced with glass front gallery cabinets to showcase our client’s collectibles.
This small open kitchen now looks out onto a cafe-inspired dining room. The 8’ contemporary custom made banquette was designed with built-in USB ports and large storage compartments for their kids.
The kitchen wall partition, door and soffit were removed in this Miami Beach home remodel to create the coastal contemporary design they were looking for.
We removed walls and flooring to create an open floor plan throughout.
The dramatic change of this dining room remodel says it all. Old Oak plank flooring was updated to a blond ash wood flooring to lighten up the entire home.

Pinecrest Home Re-Design
Our client wanted to update and convert an empty room into a family room that could work with the existing marble floor and her furnishings from Latin America. A soft ivory paper weave wall covering adds the softness to the room while the jute/wool rug complements the eclectic casual bungalow style we were going for,
This sunroom was transformed by our home design and remodeling company Miami by painting the ceiling, adding linen drapery and assigning the proper seating areas to fit the narrow space and complement the adjacent living room.
AVENTURA HOME and outdoor RE-DESIGN
The central family room in this North Miami ranch-style home continued the black and white palette to transition the style of the redesigned media room to the black and white contemporary kitchen in the back of the house.
Our client in North Miami wanted a home re-design with light construction updates and finishes. He wanted a comfortable lounge and media room to relax with his daughter. He also wanted to showcase his late father’s artwork throughout his home. The RH cloud sectional and bohemian embroidered pillows creates this relaxed vibe that they love!
We lightened up the dark blue sunken family room with a built-in porcelain fireplace wall and black shelves to contrast neutral white walls,
The masculine style of the master suite design is the perfect respite for our client. RH bedding and task lighting set the stage for the bedroom area while the lounge is perfect for relaxing.
Our client’s teen daughter wanted her dream bedroom that is bohemian with plants and beach style. Our solution hit the mark and she loves it!
Our decorating and plant scape design updates our clients tiki hut and jacuzzi seating area with bohemian style swivel chairs, a copper fire pit and planters to finish off their beautiful back yard of their North Miami home.
We updated this room with white solar shades to lighten up the sunken family room and create a private media/lounge area.
This wonderful picnic table was re-purposed and weather-proofed for the tiki hut near the grill area,

Our client wanted to create a themed Airbandb for his guests. Located at THE ICON in Brickell, this eclectic, baroque-style vibe matches perfectly with the style that THE ICON is known for, The velvet flocked wall covering was just one of the many exciting details that made this a memorable vacation space in downtown Miami.

Venetian Island Home remodel
Our client bought this dilapidated home, sight unseen. To their chagrin, we had to completely remodel the interior structure and footprint, They wanted a casual vibe, having moved from California with their kids. They liked western elements, music and also wanted the kitchen to be the focal point for them to entertain from.
Structural columns were replaced with a steel ceiling beam to create an open floor plan for this Great Room design and sunken dining room.
The construction process begins in the kitchen renovation by reconstructing the walls, moving the sink under the window and lighting to accentuate the dramatic quartz book matched counter and backsplash.
Our open slat, storage stools and side table on casters was designed for the perfect seating design solution for small spaces.
Brickell city center Condominium design
Our client, a renowned artist, hired us to create a complete turnkey designate be a “canvas” fernier to showcase all of her brightly colored artwork. The view of Miami was the inspiration for the living room’s tiled wall unit, wave paneled accent wall and other textural wall coverings throughout the condominium design. This condominium renovation at the The Reach, Brickell City Center, is now move-in ready for our client’s to set up their home and artwork from “Brush of Tropics” and make it their own!
Sferra bedding is stunning as it dresses the fabulous, low profile velvet platform bed from Rove Concepts. Mirrored nightstands and ribbed art glass lamps add the perfectly serene finishing touch the room needed.
A 3D wood paneled wave wall was installed by several complicated stages for this lovely finished look our clients love!
